Jennifer Brandt

Jennifer is chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Family Law group and a nationally recognized leader in family law. She regularly represents parties in complex divorce, custody, and support/alimony matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in matters that often extend nationally and internationally. She also negotiates prenuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.

Jennifer represents professional athletes, business executives, professionals, entertainment industry personnel, and other high net worth individuals. She is a skilled negotiator who tries to reach resolution in matters where appropriate. Jennifer is also a top-notch trial attorney who honed her skills as a commercial litigator before turning to family law. Jennifer is regularly called upon by the media to express her opinion on various legal matters. She appears on Court TV weekly and other national and local news outlets regularly.

Jennifer is chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section (FLS) for the 2025-26 bar year. She is also the former chair of the ABA FLS Nominating Committee and former ABA FLS liaison to the ABA Women in the Profession Committee. Jennifer has held various leadership roles in the ABA Family Law Section and in state and local bar associations and lectures frequently on family law topics.
