Jennifer Brandt

Jennifer is chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Family Law group and a nationally recognized leader in family law. She regularly represents parties in complex divorce, custody, and support/alimony matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in matters that often extend nationally and internationally. She also negotiates prenuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.

She represents professional athletes, business executives, professionals, entertainment industry personnel, and other high-net-worth individuals. She is a skilled negotiator who tries to reach resolution in matters where appropriate. Jennifer is also a top-notch trial attorney who honed her skills as a commercial litigator before turning to family law. Jennifer is regularly called upon by the media to express her opinion on various legal matters. She appears on Court TV and other national and local news outlets regularly.

Jennifer is the immediate past chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section (FLS). She was chair of the American Bar Association FLS througb2025-26. She is the former chair of the ABA FLS Nominating Committee and former liaison to the ABA Women in the Profession Committee. Jennifer has held various other leadership roles in the ABA Family Law Section and in state and local bar associations and lectures on family law topics.
