Jelena is a highly regarded legal expert with over 20 years of experience, advising on landmark transactions and projects of strategic importance for Serbia and the SEE region. Jelena is also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and Lecturer at the Bar Academy, Bar Association of the Republic of Serbia.

Work Highlights
Advising the joint-venture between the Government of Republika Srpska and China Shandong International Economic & Technical Cooperation Group on a project to build Banja Luka-Prijedor highway.
Advising Gastrans, a joint venture between Gazprom and Srbijagas (Serbia’s state-owned natural gas supplier) on complex regulatory matters related to the implementation of a project to build a 400km natural gas pipeline through Serbia.
Advising Veolia in PPP Project for treatment and disposal of separately collected residual municipal waste generated in 13 municipalities of the City of Belgrade, as well as treatment and disposal of construction and demolition waste generated across the entire territory of the City of Belgrade.
Advising the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia and Deposit Insurance Agency of the Republic of Serbia in drafting of the Law on Take-Over of Assets and Liabilities of Certain Banks for the Purpose of Preservation of Stability of Financial System of the Republic of Serbia.
