With public law especially, it's an uphill battle a lot of the time, but he can get what the clients really need.

Jeffrey is brilliant at research, excellent at writing and very quick in court with oral submissions. Though he's a junior, he stepped up when a senior was not available and did very well.

He has effective advocacy and what most impresses me is that he can advise clients in a very practical way, not just on winning or losing but on what the best outcome is for them.
