Jean-Pierre has more than 25 years of experience representing large French and international groups, including investment funds, in connection with their acquisitions and restructurings in France. He helps clients deal with tax audits and litigation, and he helps negotiate solutions with tax authorities.

His practice covers all areas of corporate taxation, and he has an excellent track record when advising domestic and international companies, investment funds and entrepreneurs on tax structuring, restructuring and the tax aspects of M&A in France.

Jean-Pierre is a partner in Reed Smith’s tax department in Paris.
