Jean-Michel Degée has over twenty years of experience in practicing tax law. He advises in corporate taxation, and more specifically in the context of corporate reorganisations, international tax planning and taxation of remunerations.

Jean-Michel has solid experience in tax litigation. He intervenes in numerous complex tax litigations, including on transfer pricing.
