He has focused his practice mainly on the banking sector, capital markets, and corporate conflicts. He has participated in the national market in the structuring of several issuances of negotiable bonds, shares, and financial trusts with a public offering. Moreover, he has taken part as an advisor in diverse private placements in the international market. Jean Jacques recurrently acts as a consultant to multilateral enterprises, pension funds, financial trusts, financial intermediation entities, securities brokers, portfolio managers, investment advisers, and consumer credit firms, among others. He has taken part in international arbitration procedures, as a lawyer, legally representing the government in disputes related to banking matters, and as an expert witness in banking and corporate law in an arbitration process based in New York´s International Chamber of Commerce. Since 2017 he acts as an external consultant to UNOPS in project finance. Before founding BRAGARD, he was a founding member of Sanguinetti Foderé Bragard Abogados and he was formerly a partner in the firm Estudio Olivera & Delpiazzo Abogados. He has been recognized by the most important international publications.
