Jean-Francois Findling is a founder and the managing partner of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office.
With more than 25 years of experience, he heads the Corporate M&A Practice Group and advises local and international clients on the negotiations of M&A deals, with a particular expertise in the financial industry and real estate.
He is also the trusted advisor of many Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate investment funds and asset managers, assisting them on their governance, the structuring of their investments and exits, the negotiations of their co-investments and management incentive plans.
Jean-François also holds a broad experience in advising global corporations in their cross-border reorganization projects, including coordinating and implementing sophisticated mergers, spin-off and redomiciliations.
