Between 2010 and 2022, he was a senior associate and partner at recognised firms in the Peruvian legal market, specialising in all types of corporate matters and corporate transactions, specifically in corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, and financing operations related to company acquisitions. Additionally, Javier was a professor of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions at ESAN University in undergraduate and postgraduate programs until the end of 2021 and is currently a director of two companies dedicated to industrial activity.
