Javier Ambriz specializes in employer defense in both state and federal labor lawsuits, with a strong focus on preventing labor contingencies. He achieves this through the implementation of internal inspections and audits for state-owned enterprises, providing expert counsel on matters arising from federal labor law.

Javier has successfully advised a diverse range of Mexican and international companies during administrative procedures conducted by labor authorities. His expertise includes the drafting of internal work regulations, the formation and integration of joint commissions, as well as advising and representing both national and foreign enterprises during inspections by labor authorities at their workplaces.
