Jason represents hedge funds, privately-owned groups and family offices, energy and telecommunications companies, and sovereign states.
Jason litigates claims relating to joint ventures and shareholder disputes, financing arrangements, contentious insolvency and restructuring, fraud, breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, and the multi-jurisdictional enforcement of unpaid judgments and awards. He has represented clients before all divisions of the English High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Privy Council.
