Jason specializes in first-party cyber exposures and regularly provides strategic advice to insurers regarding coverage for losses resulting from social engineering and ransomware attacks and complex business interruption and data recovery claims. Jason possesses expertise on losses stemming from such attacks against businesses of all sizes and industries. He also represents insurers in connection with the investigation and analysis of complex first-party losses under traditional commercial crime policies and fidelity bonds.

Jason also regularly counsels insurers on third-party claims arising from cyber and privacy-related events, including resulting class actions. Jason also advises insurers on claims in other professional lines, including private and public company directors and officers, technology, media, and employment practices liability policies.
