Jason is the Chair of Cohen Seglias’ Construction Group and acts as counsel to a wide range of construction clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and suppliers on both public and private projects. He has extensive litigation experience and works to aggressively enforce his clients’ rights while simultaneously seeking fair and reasonable business solutions.
He handles cases on both the state and federal levels in a multitude of jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and has worked in Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, and Ohio. Jason has also argued cases at the appellate levels in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
