Overview

With 50 full-time construction attorneys, Cohen Seglias has the largest construction industry focused practice in Pennsylvania and one of the largest on the East Coast. We represent more than 1,000 clients in the industry, including managers, general contractors, suppliers, and a wide range of specialty trade subcontractors such as electrical, mechanical, concrete, flooring, and architectural glass. Our attorneys have worked on practically every type of construction project and are involved in all phases of these projects.

We achieve results by speaking the same language as our clients. Before practicing law, many of our attorneys worked in the construction industry, have backgrounds, or hold degrees in related fields such as architecture and engineering. This first-hand knowledge of the industry allows us to assess problems quickly and assist our clients with the tactical and strategic decisions that make the difference between a project wrought with problems and one that is completed successfully.
