Her main clients as it can be seen in the below matters are foreign satellite operators and tech companies seeking general and regulatory counsel for the development of their businesses and operations in Mexico.

Janeth has worked directly with various domestic and foreign clients to obtain the licenses established in the Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law and has overseen compliance with all applicable regulatory provisions, acting before different authorities. She has also acted on behalf of telecommunication operators in public bids and procurement processes.

She coordinates the firm’s Probono Committee.
