Janeth has worked directly with various domestic and foreign clients to obtain the licenses established in the Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law and has overseen compliance with all applicable regulatory provisions, acting before different authorities. She has also acted on behalf of telecommunication operators in public bids and procurement processes.
