Jan Lindberg is one of the leading Finnish experts in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, ICT outsourcing and other technology law matters advising clients in particular with patent-intensive business sectors such as telecom, high-tech, clean-tech and pharmaceutics. In addition to non-contentious assignments, he also advises in IP and technology litigations, IT disputes in particular and is acting and interested in various corporate advisory roles in boards and management teams.

Jan has also graduated from the distinguished University of Oxford and negotiated numerous international technology arrangements and transactions with top industry players in various fields of technology and in various locations from the the US to Japan. Jan has been listed as one of Finland’s leading advisers in his field in several rankings and publications. He has been the Vice-chair of the IP Committee of ITechLaw, and currently acts as the Co-Chair of the Fintech Subcommittee of IBA.
