Career
Jamie Gibson is the Managing Partner of Dentons' Muscat office and heads up our Tier One ranked corporate practice in Muscat. He has been practicing law in Oman since 2008 and has over 20 years' experience working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including advising international and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, Company formations, commercial agencies, statutory compliance and corporate governance.
He is an expert on foreign direct investment in Oman and has advised clients in a wide range of sectors, including defence, engineering, construction, FMCG, education, oil & gas, banking, logistics, manufacturing and infrastructure. Jamie is ranked in Chambers and Legal 500.
