James R. Cannon Jr.

Mr. Cannon represents companies in antidumping and countervailing duty cases, customs matters and disputes before the World Trade Organization. He appears regularly before the US Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, US Trade Representative and US federal courts. He also advises clients with respect to import and export compliance, duty preference programs as well as legislation. Ongoing and past representations include manufacturers of diverse chemicals and plastics, steel products, electronic consumer goods, paper products, agricultural products, aquaculture, and minerals.
