He also represents consumers of technologies with procurement and negotiation of technology services, including financial institutions, governments and government agencies, and profit and non-profit companies in traditional fields with technology needs. James has assisted in negotiating outsourcings, wide area networks implementations, major data transport arrangements, and platform and content arrangements for television, satellite and mobile platforms.
