James Judd

James Judd is the leader of the Denver Office Tax Group and counsels high-net-worth families on estate and wealth transfer planning. James’ practice includes all phases of such planning, including lifetime and testamentary gifts, administration of complex trusts and estates, philanthropic planning, business succession, and estate and income tax mitigation.

James works with owners of closely held businesses, corporate executives and family offices in the development and implementation of sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. He implements comprehensive estate and business succession plans in a way that accomplishes the client’s objectives while also minimizing estate and income tax consequences.
