James D Kerouac

Jim has more than twenty years of experience handling complex and multijurisdictional commercial real estate transactions, including transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, and financing of low-income housing projects. Jim also has extensive experience with commercial leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, commercial loan transactions, and zoning and land use matters. Jim is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
