James Cross has been a partner of Maucher Jenkins since 1998. He assists blue-chip clients in patent portfolio development and management, and freedom-to-operate clearance. James is also a Higher Courts litigator.

He has a wide range of experience in different technical areas, including mobile and contactless payment systems, wireless chipsets, mobile satellite and terrestrial cellular communications, satellite broadcast receivers and personal video recorders, biometric scanners, green tech, automotive and aircraft engineering, domestic appliances and thermostatic controls.
