Career
Jaime Hernández García has recently joined our firm (2022). He has specialised in economic and corporate criminal law since 2006. He has acted as defence or prosecution lawyer in some of the most important legal proceedings in recent years, both in economic criminal law and in some of the most important proceedings brought in Spain by application of the principle of universal jurisdiction.
Graduate in Law and Political Science and Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2005). Honourable mention in the general training course for access to the legal profession and in the advanced course in private real estate law at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid (2006). Lecturer on the master's degree course for access to the legal profession at ISDE.
