Career

Álvaro Choclán Fernández specialises in economic and corporate criminal law.

He graduated with honours in the double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and obtained with honours an LLM in Access to the Legal Profession from the Carlos III University of Madrid. He studied part of his career at the prestigious international universities of Metropolitan University of Budapest and Renmin University of China.

In addition, he has taken numerous international courses at prestigious universities such as Harward Law School and the University of Maryland.

He is also a member of the advisory board of the National Law Students' Council and member of The European Law Students' Association.
