Jade Lambert represents individuals and corporations facing complex government investigations and enforcement actions. She has particular experience in investigations where Anti-Kickback violations are alleged, as well as investigations relating to workplace violence and/or sexual misconduct. She is also an accomplished litigator and has represented clients in matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, State Attorneys General Federal Trade Commission, and Food and Drug Administration, among others.

Ms. Lambert is a partner in the firm’s Special Matters & Investigations practice and is also a core member of the firm’s Data Privacy & Security group, regularly advising clients regarding incident response planning as well as breach response. Jade has assisted clients facing investigation and litigation stemming from data breaches.
