Jacquie is a partner in Akin’s financial restructuring team. She focuses on large, complex, cross-border restructurings and special situations financings.

Jacquie advises a wide range of clients, including par and secondary investors, banks, creditor and noteholder committees, as well as distressed corporates and sponsor portfolio companies. She has extensive experience on a range of restructuring processes, and works across a variety of industries and geographies, acting on some of the most complex transactions in the market.

In special situations financings, Jacquie brings a restructuring lens to lending transactions; analysing lending structures with an eye toward downside protection and developing structures that focus on preserving the ability of creditors to act quickly and access the core value within the borrower group.
