Jacob Wagner

Jacob Wagner is an associate practising Labour, Employment and Human Rights law at Protea LLP. He provides comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of workplace law matters, including drafting and interpreting employment contracts, guiding employers through labour relations issues, advising on employment standards and human rights compliance, and defending clients in labour, employment and human rights proceedings.

Jacob has appeared before a range of adjudicative bodies, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, labour relations arbitrators, and the Ontario Small Claims Court. His advocacy experience spans both individual and collective workplace disputes.

In addition to his litigation work, Jacob regularly advises clients on the employment relationship, employment statute interpretation, and collective agreement matters. He also supports clients in collective bargaining negotiations, offering practical and strategic guidance tailored to their organizational objectives.
