Ivan has consistently held leadership roles in organizations dedicated to excellence in the practice of construction law. He is currently a board member of the Society of Construction Law North America, an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Construction and Infrastructure Section (“Section”) and previously served as Co-Chair of the Section’s Legislative Reform Sub-Committee. Ivan recently served as the Section’s liaison to the Civil Rules Review Working Group’s Phase 2 Consultation.
