Ismail qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and prior to his career in law, spent several years working in business management. During this time, he developed a good understanding of the day-to-day pressures of running a business which often comes in useful when assisting clients and conducting negotiations on their behalf.

He has significant experience in advising a wide range of businesses, partnerships and other organisations in a variety of sectors including automotive, technology, media, property, manufacturing and services companies.

Ismail regularly leads on high value and complex corporate transactions, and in others has formed an integral part of the lead team.
