Career
Irma Cebrián is one of the leading figures in NewLaw in Spain. In 2011, she founded Abroading —the first alternative legal services provider (ALSP) in the country— reinventing the delivery of legal services in the corporate environment. For more than a decade, she has co-directed its growth and transformation, and today serves as the firm’s CEO, consolidating Abroading as a reference boutique in the NewLaw - ALSP field.
Within Abroading, Irma has led projects in contract lifecycle management, compliance, litigation support, legal research, legal operations and tech. She has also managed long-term secondments in multinational pharmaceutical companies, integrating legal expertise with strategic, business-oriented advice.
Before founding Abroading, Irma trained at some of the world's most prestigious firms—Garrigues, Dentons and RCD—where she gained solid foundations in corporate and commercial law.
Recognition
Abroading has maintained its Band 1 ranking as an ALSP in Spain for four consecutive years (2022–2025) in Chambers & Partners Guides in Spain
Similarly, Irma herself has been ranked as individual, marking her appearance in Chambers’ NewLaw guide, highlighting her strong commercial vision and business-oriented approach.
