Irena Floras-Goode

Irena Floras-Goode specialises in various types of financing, including project finance, asset finance and acquisition finance.

She has advised a large number of corporate enterprises, Polish and foreign financial investors and Polish and foreign banks on financing acquisitions of assets and companies (including LBO transactions), project finance transactions and issues of securities, as well as on various banking products. She also has experience assisting foreign lessors on a number of transactions concerning sale and lease-back of aircraft as well as investments in the energy and renewables sectors.
