Ingrid Chen specializes in corporate investments, M&A, capital market, financial compliance, fair trade, labor, start-up, and family law. She has assisted reputable domestic and foreign companies in accomplishing onshore and offshore investments, joint venture and cross-border transactions consisting of a variety of industries ranging from traditional to high-tech and finance. She also actively participates in capital market area, representing multiple issuers list their shares on TWSE/TPEx and issue TDRs, privatize, and restructure. Recently, Ingrid focuses on assisting companies to enhance corporate governance, utilize legaltech and implement ESG / human right due diligence.
