Ingo Brinker advises clients on German and European antitrust law, in particular in connection with merger control investigations and litigation, and compliance programms. He has lead numerous important cases before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as before the European General Court/European Court of Justice and the German antitrust courts. Since December 2018, Ingo is chairman of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law.

Career

Ingo Brinker studied at the universities of Freiburg, Münster, Munich and Chicago (LL.M.). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1997.
