Ineke Koele advises private clients on their domestic and international estate, tax and succession planning as well as on philanthropic ambitions and family governance. In addition, she has a strong practice of foundations and trusts, whether these are charitable, family related, or more innovative in character. Ineke is a strong analyst and keeps her focus on the bigger picture including strategic and interpersonal factors.

She has a vast experience in negotiation with families and tax authorities; trained at Harvard, she is top of her field in negotiation and gettings issues resolved without a lengthy litigation.

Career

Dual qualified as a lawyer (NOvA) and tax lawyer (NOB) since 1990 in the Netherlands. Partner of larger Dutch law firm 1998-2010. PhD at University of Utrecht, 2007. Founder of Koele Tax & Legal Perspecta in 2010.

Recognized by international peers by invitation as Fellow of The Academy of International Estate and Trust Law (IAETL), American College of Trust and Estate Law (ACTEC), full TEP (STEP), Steering Committee of Wealth Advisors Forum, Wealth Management Forum.
