Career

Imran Muntaz is the founder of Imran Muntaz & Co. (IMCO) and now holds the position of managing partner of the firm. Before making his own way in IMCO, Imran has worked at two prominent law firms in Indonesia, where he gained a wide range of experience in various areas of corporate law, including Capital Market & Securities, Corporate Commercial/Merger & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance (including Islamic Finance), Energy & Natural Resources (nickel, coal, limestone and others), Plantation, Technical Consultants, Agriculture, Construction, Real Estate, IT & Telecommunication, Transportation, Shipping & Logistic and Commercial Dispute with over 22 years’ experience in the Indonesian market. He has a considerable experience in handling IPOs, various debt and equity offers, issuance of rights issues, bond issuance, and many others. He is also well versed in ensuring smooth transactions of mergers and acquisitions, as well as the assistance of clients in both bilateral and syndication financing process.
