He advises employers on all aspects of employment and labour related transactional, litigation, regulatory and compliance-related matters locally and internationally. His input is sought regularly by the media for commentary on labour law issues. He also advises employers across Africa, and deals with alternative dispute resolution processes in Southern Africa. Together with Hogan Lovells international, Imraan has been intimately involved in a number of high profile multi-jurisdictional transactions which implicate employment rights.
