He heads the firm’s Competition & Public Procurement team with the background at the Finnish Competition Authority and the Merger Task Force of the European Commission’s. Ilkka regularly litigates before the Finnish Market Court and European Commission. Ilkka has advised numerous domestic and foreign clients on M&A transactions and cooperation arrangements.
