I. AZIZOV HAS EXPERIENCE OF ADVISING FOREIGN INVESTORS IN THE KEY AREAS OF COMMERCIAL LEGAL PRACTICE: CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL; FINANCE; MINING AND NATURAL RESOURCES; ENERGY; INTERNATIONAL TRADE; INDUSTRY AND TELECOMS, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION; REGULATORY AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW; TAXATION; AND LITIGATION.

I. Azizov has participated in numerous amount of projects, few of which are:

A project of TACIS Program of The European Communities on "Support to privatization investment funds and Capital market development project";

A project of TACIS Program of The European Communities on

"Improving standards for listing on the Republican Stock Exchange & related regulations";

Participation in the Official Working Group of the Ministry of Justice on drafting Civil Code of Uzbekistan in the restated version.
