Ignacio Corujo is a partner in the Madrid office and leads Dentons' Capital Markets practice in Spain.
Ignacio has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, both in equity and debt transactions. He has advised large companies and financial institutions on all types of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings for both issuers and underwriters and issuance of debt instruments (international and local issues), including EMTN and ECP Programmes, project bonds and convertible bonds. His practice also includes advising listed companies on corporate governance matters.
Ignacio is co-author of chapter on Spanish capital markets of “The International Capital Markets Review” 2012 and 2011.
