Career
Ignacio Ayala Gómez, with more than 35 years of professional practice, founded Oliva-Ayala Abogados together with Horacio Oliva, and is now its Managing Partner. As a result of his extensive experience in court and his participation in complex processes of business offences negotiations, both judicial and extrajudicial, he is currently one of the most sought-after criminal lawyers in Spain, especially in the business sector.
Personal
Ignacio Ayala holds a PhD in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he obtained the highest grade for an innovative work on Tax Crime. He also has a criminology degree from the Instituto Universitario de Criminología and has carried out teaching and research tasks as a professor of Criminal Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has published several scientific works, mainly about Criminal Tax matters.
