Ian Posgate

Career

Ian Posgate joined JM Finn in October 2025 and will help establish the firm’s new Cheltenham Office. Following 16 years with the British Army, spent primarily overseas, Ian decided to pursue a career in the financial services industry. Ian’s first role with EFG Harris Allday was as the Corporate Development Manager. During this period Ian attained his wealth management qualifications and was transferred to an investment management team based in Worcestershire, firstly as an Investment Assistant and then as an Investment Manager.
