Ian is Head of our Middle East Real Estate and hospitality practice and has expertise in a broad range of commercial real estate and hospitality transactions. Ian is also involved in some of the largest real estate development projects in the Middle East. His real estate experience includes commercial lettings, sales and purchases (including sale and leaseback and opco/propco structures), development transactions and the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on cross border real estate funds, property financings and joint ventures. Ian also has considerable experience in the hospitality sector and regularly advises on hotel and leisure transactions throughout MENA.
