Lee is a partner in Lee & Ko’s Corporate/M&A Group and Healthcare Team. He previously served for many years as a member of Lee & Ko’s management committee and as its Managing Partner, providing strategic leadership and helping guide the firm’s growth through early 2025. He has extensive experience advising on high-profile M&A transactions and complex healthcare regulatory matters, representing a broad range of domestic and international clients, including, among others, Samsung, LG, SK, Hanwha, CJ, Hanjin, Novartis, Reckitt Benckiser, and Biogen. Lee has been consistently recognized by leading international legal directories as a “Leading Lawyer,” “Hall of Fame” member, “Distinguished Practitioner,” and “Highly Regarded” expert in the field of Corporate/M&A.
