Hubert is co-head of Corporate in Paris.

He has more than 25 years of experience and specialises in private and public M&A, joint ventures, stock exchange law, capital market transactions, corporate governance and group reorganisations. He acts for French and international clients on a range of domestic and cross border matters across a wide range of sectors.

Hubert currently sits on the AMF's Consultative Commission on Financial Transactions and Information of Issuers.
