Howard Kenison is a former Colorado Deputy Attorney General and nationally recognized attorney in environmental law and litigation. With over four decades of accomplishments, he brings experience and practical knowledge assessing environmental risk and resolving legal issues, whether in judicial or administrative proceedings or commercial transactions, for clients dealing with the complex array of environmental laws that can impact projects and commercial transactions.

Professional Memberships

Howard is a Past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Environment Energy and Resources (2020-2021). He serves on the Advisory Council of the ABA Center for Human Rights and is Past Chair of the Colorado Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. He was selected as Outstanding Alumni of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Howard is a frequent speaker on environmental issues.
