Career
Hiroyuki Masuda is a Partner at One Asia Lawyers Group, based in Singapore, where he practises through Focus Law Asia LLC, the Group's Singapore member firm. He began his legal career in 2012 as in-house counsel at Shionogi & Co., Ltd., one of Japan's largest pharmaceutical companies, where he handled international M&A, corporate governance enhancement, and compliance programme design and implementation in the life sciences sector. He subsequently joined a corporate law firm in Osaka, renowned for its expertise in M&A and corporate restructuring, where he advised a diverse range of companies, including on dispute resolution and litigation matters. In 2017, he relocated to Singapore and joined One Asia Lawyers. He currently leads the firm's M&A Practice Team and the Europe Practice Team.
