Henry Bowden III

Career

Henry Bowden III has over twelve years’ of experience preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, transfer of wealth and tax issues, administration of estates and trusts, modifications of trusts, guardianship and conservatorship appointments. Henry is a Partner at The Bowden Law Firm. In his prior practice, Henry gained extensive litigation experience and was exposed to varying practice areas. This background allows Henry to address unexpected client matters that sometimes arise within the context of their estate planning or in estate administration. Henry has been ranked a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star each year between 2020-2026. Henry is a graduate of Emory University Law School, Emory University, and The Westminster Schools in Atlanta and The Rectory School in Pomfret, Connecticut. He is an Eagle Scout and is active in his community.

Henry is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia-Fiduciary Section, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, Emory Law School Alumni Board, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
