Henry is recognized as a leading advisor and global market leader in philanthropy and nonprofit law, particularly in cross-border charitable structuring and strategic philanthropy advisory. He has advised UN agencies, major international and domestic foundations, global philanthropists, and industry associations on complex legal and tax matters relating to charitable trusts, foundations, impact investment structures, regulatory compliance, tax incentive applications, governance frameworks, cross-border donations, data compliance, and internal investigations. The cross-border nonprofit and philanthropic projects he has managed or supported collectively involve charitable investments and donations amounting to tens of billions of RMB, spanning global health, education, environmental sustainability, and scientific research. He has also served as an expert consultant on legislative and policy research projects for the Ministry of Civil Affairs and other governmental authorities, and is regarded as a market leader in the PRC philanthropy space.

In private wealth planning, Henry is deeply trusted by private clients and is frequently entrusted with significant responsibilities. He has successfully represented dozens of ultra-high-net-worth individuals in sectors such as the new economy, artificial intelligence, real estate, and manufacturing, as well as top international and Chinese private banks, trust companies, insurance companies, and family offices.
