Helga Fehér has joined the firm as a partner in 2004. She is in charge of the Employment practice. She has been involved in international trade law and labor law cases, commercial and labor law-related litigation as well as in regulatory proceedings.
Helga has a wide range of experience in drafting contracts, internal manuals and policies, employment and management contracts. She provides legal advice on the labor law aspects of corporate restructurings (including transfers and as well as large scale redundancies) and in trade union related issues. Helga provides advice and represents clients in various public proceedings, in communication with authorities (licensing) and in litigation (labor and commercial claims).
She also has been advising clients on general commercial matters including drafting contracts (purchase, leasing and out-sourcing contracts), internal manuals and policies, general terms and conditions as well as on legal background of marketing related issues.
Helga also advises companies in the Life Sciences sector. This includes advice on promotion, marketing and sale of medical products as well as advice in connection with clinical trial agreements.
