Helen advises on all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on high value financial disputes - acting for HNW individuals (both domestic and international) in matters involving complex structures, inherited wealth, crypto assets, business interests and trusts. Helen's work often involves disclosure issues and securing disclosure orders against third parties, including trustees, and joining third parties to proceedings within the context of financial remedy proceedings.
Helen is also experienced in high conflict private law children matters and the relocation of children.
Helen has significant experience in the preparation of international pre and post-nuptial agreements as well as agreements for cohabiting couples.
Helen acquired her knowledge and experience in some of the most highly regarded family law departments in London, including Sears Tooth and Mishcon de Reya LLP. She later spent over five years as a Partner in a leading London boutique before establishing Clarence Family Law in June 2023.
