Helen is a Partner and leads Stone King's Independent Schools Team.

She has particular expertise in advising groups including many confidential key clients. Her advice includes complex safeguarding and child protection cases, educational negligence claims, allegations of discrimination and Equality Act issues, mergers and acquisitions of independent schools, collaboration agreements and strategic advice to trustees.

Career

Prior to joining Stone King, Helen was Head of the Education Sector Team at Ashfords solicitors, and Head of Legal Services for a large group of schools. She has also recently completed tenure of Chair of Governors at a school in Bristol.
