She has particular expertise in advising groups including many confidential key clients. Her advice includes complex safeguarding and child protection cases, educational negligence claims, allegations of discrimination and Equality Act issues, mergers and acquisitions of independent schools, collaboration agreements and strategic advice to trustees.
Prior to joining Stone King, Helen was Head of the Education Sector Team at Ashfords, and Head of Legal Services for the Girls' Day School Trust. She has also been Chair of Governors at a school in Bristol.
